Established in 2011, Culclan Construction Ltd are building contractors based in Cork. Founded and driven by two working directors; Barry Cullinane and Michael Clancy, who collectively have accumulated more than 60 years of work experience in the construction industry. Culclan Construction specialises in all areas of the industry from industrial & commercial engineering projects to facilities management and residential upgrades to multi unit developments.

Over the years the Culclan Construction workforce has grown significantly, and now has a team of 15+ qualified, skilled and experienced professionals across all areas of the business.
Throughout the last decade, the group has undertaken many challenging projects and accumulated skills and experience in design and build solutions, project management, building trades and related engineering works. Culclan Construction also takes on the role of main contractor and PSCS for small to medium size projects and performs project management services to coordinate specialist trades for domestic and commercial projects.
